  • (2) Install oil cooler to increase the temperature of the water leaving the desuperheater, heat recovered 3,105 MWh, cost of retrofit is $450,000
  • Water heater seasonal efficiency decreased to 87% (water enters the water heater at higher temperature)
  • Chillers seasonal coefficient of performance increased to 4.15 due to subcooling
