The RETScreen Software passed the 150,000 user mark today. RETScreen is now growing at more than 1,000 new users every week. RETScreen use is experiencing exponential growth, where it took 7 years for RETScreen to reach the first 50,000 users while only 14 months to reach the last 50,000 users.
To date, the RETScreen website has had more than 100 million hits, and the website activity is currently growing at roughly 4.5 million hits per month. The number of hits has more than doubled since the release of RETScreen Version 4 in December 2007.
